What makes Poppy Studio unique?
All my designs are handmade so there is no unlimited supply available at all times. Usually few pieces are available right away and more quantities are made to order. For this reason, I ask that all customers are patient when waiting for the next upload.
Returns / Exchanges
If there are any issues with your purchase please contact me and I will do my best to resolve the problem. Refunds & returns will not be issued unless the item is faulty.
Custom and Import taxes
Please note with international orders, they could be subject to import duties and taxes. Our shippings are leaving from EU or Bosnia and Herzegovina and we are always trying to ship from best location possible/available for your location.
NOTE: please be sure to look into your countries VAT and import taxes to work out how much extra it could be. You may need to pay a tax prior to your parcels delivery and will be notified by your postal agents. We do not take responsibility if this happens and this is a cost you may have to pay to receive your items.
